Join us for 2 day CPD workshop of mindfulness, essential oils, fun and learning with Miss TOUCH! 6 & 7 & 13 May 2023 If you’re looking for a holistic way to manage stress and anxiety, this workshop will provide the perfect opportunity to explore the connection between mindfulness and essential oils. Mindfulness has been around for centuries, and it’s a great tool for bringing focus and clarity to the present moment. Essential oils can be used to naturally soothe the nervous system, stimulate the olfactory system, and promote a feeling of wellbeing. In this workshop, you’ll get to learn how to use essential oils with mindfulness techniques, and make your own essential oil roller bottle to take home with you. This is a great chance to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and take some time to practice self-care. Tutor: Mindfulness Teacher, MTT,USA, CIMI® Trainer and IFA Aromatherapist & Tutor, Founder of the H3Touch Touch Program and began her Aroma Clinic & volunteer services the Project leader. We provided aromatherapy to elderly with pain and those in hospice care since 2005. Most recently, we extend our training program to provide specialized education and inspiration for massage therapists, medical personnel, and parents committed to addressing the needs of medically challenged infants and children who are hospitalized or in hospice care. Day 1 1000- 1700 TST 1 hour Welcome & introduction 2 hour Essential Oil theory Lunch Self arrange 2 hour What is mindfulness & practice mindfulness with 5 sense ● Breathing ● Seating ● Body Scan 1 hour combine EO to mindfulness practice and DIY if possible 1 hour Round up and take home message and assignment Day 2 1000-1700 TST 1 hour Reflection of take home assignment and sharing 2 hours Essential oil research & different method of using aromatherapy with mindfulness Lunch (1.5 hrs) Mindful eating lunch (could be included with optional preference 1 hours Debriefing with food fragrance and the experience 2 hours Practice mindfulness 1 hours Round up & photo taking Day 3 1000- 1600 zoom Essential oil and mindfulness
